Challenge
In 2013 Sigma Health only had a basic content website and they desperately needed to trade online. Their competition had around 3 years head start.
This was a ground up build that will touch every department of the company with a multitude of moving parts.
Solution
Build a brand new digital channel and partner with external agencies to deliver two websites; Amcal and Guardian Pharmacy.
Uniting all departments within Sigma Health to work on the website development project. To ensure the best possible customer experience.
Content Procurement
Gathering Product Content
For website launch. The major area of concentration for me was to build a catalogue of products to be sold online.
Product content procurment saw me work with the Product, Sales and Logistics department.
This was a highly rewarding piece of work to optimise the product content so that the customer got all the information needed to purchase.
