My digital portfolio in a nutshell
Over the years I have had the chance to exercise my passion and build a nice digital portfolio. The collection includes websites I have built, books and articles I have written and published.
I have written articles about any random topic that interested me and published them on Hubpages. I can be seen as a little strange as to why I’d want to include random articles in my digital portfolio but I do enjoy writing; especially about topics that interest me and I fell if I go to the effort of writing articles I should publish it where it’ll be read and other people can interact.

I enjoy publishing articles on Hubpages as there’s a community of people that read articles published here. As this is a high traffic site, it is a good way to have my bespoke articles published.

Additional to the articles I have written, I have also written and published two books. This topic is a little consistent though as they are both on basketball.

Why the basketball books?
Good question. I used to be a semi pro basketball player and I am still heavily involved in the game. I work with talented young basketball players helping them go play college basketball in USA or play professionally. I wrote these books to help kids reach their dreams without having to outlay thousands of dollars for basketball camps. These books along with the NoBordersBasketball blog provides a host of content for up and coming basketball players.

One about basketball the other about a car, my digital portfolio is a tad strange! I have some explaining to do I guess. It’s evident I have a vast array of interests. Basketball is my passion and race cars is another interest. I do love driving race cars and I love the thrill but I need to face the fact that I am a terrible driver. Race cars interest me because it allows me to have something common with my brothers who are massive rev heads. Having this connection with them also grew my fondness for the Nissan Skyline GTR. In My Skyline GTR blog I discuss everything about the build of my car from parts I have used and issues I have faced.
If I have to summarise my digital portfolio in a word I’d use “EXPANSE”. But it isn’t really the content but the fact that I am using digital technologies to have my content out to be consumed by all those surfing the www. Along with basketball I am very passionate about the tech space purely because it enables me access to millions of people. Why is reaching millions of people important to me? Because I want to be in a position to help young kids have a better future.
